Special Diving Event by the Water Sports Club for October 29 Republic Day

Fenerbahçe University Water Sports Club celebrated the October 29 Republic Day with a meaningful and memorable event. Our students marked the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Republic by holding a scuba diving activity at the Gallipoli Historical Underwater Park.

During the dive, the Turkish flag and the Fenerbahçe University flag were proudly unfurled underwater. The event highlighted national unity and solidarity, while students symbolically expressed their respect for the nation’s history and their dedication to the values of the Republic.

Members of the Fenerbahçe University Water Sports Club emphasized that this special event held great significance, allowing them to experience and share the spirit of Republic Day from a unique perspective.
