Applications will be made by hand to the Registrar's Office and the application documents will not be accepted by mail. 


  • Applications for undergraduate programs outside the institution are made only according to central placement score.
  • For internal lateral transfer applications, applications are made according to both the central placement score and the grade point average.
  • In the spring term, lateral transfer applications will not be received from universities abroad and TRNC to undergraduate programs.
  • Students who enrolled according to the results of the special talent exam can apply according to their central placement score, however, applications cannot be made to programs accepting students with a special talent exam.
  • In the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year, students who will transfer from other universities to our university will receive 50% scholarships/discounts in Nutrition and Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, and Interior Architecture and Environmental Design departments and 75% for other departments, according to the Central Placement Score.
  • While pursuing education in the programs of our university, the existing SSPC (Student Selection, and Placement Center) and Preference scholarships/discounts will continue in the same way for the students who will transfer to other programs in the Spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year.


Terms of Application for Lateral Transfer with Placement Score (Bylaw-1) 

If the central placement score of the year in which the student is enrolled is equal to or higher than the base score of the diploma program she/he wishes to pass, the student can apply for lateral transfer, including the preparatory class.

  • During the final admission, a document stating that there is no impediment to lateral transfer from the registered university is requested.
