Asst. Prof. Dr. Rıfat Benveniste Appointed to Ministry of National Education's Century of Türkiye Maarif Model Program Development Commission

Asst. Prof. Dr. Rıfat Benveniste, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at our University’s Faculty of Engineering, has been appointed to the Ministry of National Education’s Century of Türkiye Maarif Model Program Development Commission. In this capacity, Dr. Benveniste has begun contributing to the development of the Baykar Special Program Science High School's 'Aviation and Space Program' and the preparation of its accompanying textbooks.

From February 3 to 7, 2025, Dr. Benveniste participated in the Century of Türkiye Maarif Model Curriculum Development workshop held in Kızılcahamam, Ankara. The workshop was attended by Minister of National Education Mr. Yusuf Tekin and Deputy Minister Dr. Ömer Faruk Yelkenci. Dr. Benveniste will continue his contributions by participating in future workshops and meetings as part of this significant initiative.
