Our University Participates in YÖKAK Evaluator Initial Training

Representing our institution, Prof. Dr. Erdal ŞEN as Academic Evaluator Candidate and Batuhan KARAGÖL as Student Evaluator Candidate participated in the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) Evaluator Initial Training for 2025.

Within the scope of the training, key topics such as the structure of YÖKAK, the quality assurance system in Turkey, the institutional external evaluation process, evaluator roles and responsibilities, ethical principles, and the preparation of feedback reports were discussed. In addition, the training aimed to build competence through practical sessions and case studies.

Following the field training that will be completed after the initial training, our evaluator candidates will be included in the YÖKAK Evaluator Pool and will contribute to the development of the higher education quality assurance system in our country.
