Fenerbahçe University Faculty of Pharmacy Participates in 12th International Congress of the Turkish Society of Toxicology

Prof. Dr. Türkan Yurdun and Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğrul Mehtiyev, faculty members of the Department of Pharmaceutical Toxicology at Fenerbahçe University Faculty of Pharmacy, participated in the 12th International Congress of the Turkish Society of Toxicology, held at the Hilton Mall of Istanbul from November 6-9, 2025.

Prof. Dr. Türkan Yurdun chaired the session titled “Therapeutic Agents and Natural Products” on November 8, 2025. Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğrul Mehtiyev presented his study, “Network Toxicology and Molecular Docking for Elucidating Mutagenicity Mechanisms of Imidacloprid”, highlighting the importance of network toxicology and molecular docking approaches in understanding pesticide-induced mutagenicity mechanisms.
