December 10, 2025
The 2025 evaluation results of the “We Are Volunteers Project Support Call”, conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), have been announced.
The “Volunteer Food Support Project for Street Animals”, led by Güleşme Yılmaz, a Lecturer in the Medical Laboratory Techniques Program at Fenerbahçe University School of Health Services, has been awarded support under the “We Are Volunteers” initiative. The project aims to raise awareness of the nutritional needs of street animals and to provide regular food support through student volunteer participation. Within this framework, students take an active role in the field, contributing to the improvement of animals’ living conditions while also developing social awareness and a sense of responsibility.
We congratulate all of our students and our academic advisor who contributed to the projects awarded support and thank them for their valuable efforts in strengthening volunteer-based initiatives at our university.
