Sports Management Students Conduct Field Visit Before EuroLeague Women’s Match

Students from the Sports Management Department of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Fenerbahçe University visited the Ülker Sports and Events Hall before the EuroLeague Women’s Fenerbahçe Opet–Valencia Basketball match as part of their Sports Event Management course to gain field experience.

During the visit on Tuesday, November 4, students had the opportunity to observe firsthand the preparatory processes for a EuroLeague-level match. They examined various aspects of the organization, including event planning, media coordination, venue task distribution, and team preparations.

This visit allowed students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical experience by seeing behind the scenes of a professional sports organization.
