The “Life Is in Every Breath” Seminar Held as Part of the Science Café Events

The event titled “Life Is in Every Breath”, organized by the Science Communication Office of Fenerbahçe University, was held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, between 15:00 and 17:00 at the 19 Mayıs Social Life House Conference Hall.

The event was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Beyza Akyüz, Director of the Fenerbahçe University Sports Research Application and Research Center, and examined the effects of breathing on quality of life, performance, and health in light of scientific data.

The event, which attracted significant interest from participants, concluded with a question-and-answer session and a discussion following Assoc. Prof. Dr. Beyza Akyüz’s presentation.
