Mass Exam Access and Authenticator Setup Announcement

Dear Students,

Critical Information Regarding Mass Exams

• Exam Access: Mass exams will be conducted via Blackboard. Students who have not completed the Authenticator setup and therefore cannot log in to Blackboard will not be able to take the mass exams.
• Device Requirement: All students attending the mass exams must bring their devices (smartphones, etc.) with the Authenticator app configured.
• Pre-Exam Check: If the Authenticator is not yet installed on your device or if you are experiencing issues with the app, please do not leave it to the last minute. To avoid any problems, you must visit the Information Technologies Department for support before the exam day.

Setup Requirement for All Students The Authenticator (Two-Factor Authentication) system is actively used to ensure secure access to all digital platforms (OIS, Blackboard, etc.) at our university. In this context, all students must complete this setup for seamless access to the systems.

Technical Support You can visit the Information Technologies Department for any questions or problems regarding the system. Students are responsible for any problems that may occur in this regard during the exam.
