National Students
Dear Students,
Registration renewal procedures for the 2025-2026 academic year began on June 2, 2025, and ended on July 18, 2025. Students who did not complete their registration renewal during this period were charged a 5% late fee.
Registration renewal resumed on July 19, 2025, and will remain open until September 26, 2025.
Payments can be made in full via the virtual POS at https://unisis.fbu.edu.tr or in six installments during the specified dates. Students who pay in full will receive a 10% discount. Those who prefer installment payments with an overdraft account may pay tuition in 6 installments through Yapı Kredi Bank’s Installment Education System (TEST).
Tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year have been determined based on the twelve-month average rate of the Consumer Price Index (CPI). There is no need to visit our University campuses for payment transactions.

International Students
Dear Students,
Registration renewal for the 2025-2026 academic year began on June 2, 2025, and ended on July 18, 2025. Students who did not complete their renewal during this period were charged a 5% late fee.
Registration renewal resumed on July 19, 2025, and will remain open until September 26, 2025.
Payments made during the specified dates via bank transfer or the virtual POS at https://unisis.fbu.edu.tr are eligible for a 10% discount for students who choose to pay in full.
Cash collections and physical POS payments will not be accepted. Only payments in USD will be accepted.
Students who choose to pay in full can select the full payment option at https://unisis.fbu.edu.tr to benefit from the 10% discount. Those paying in full via bank transfer must pay the amount with the 10% discount applied.
Students who choose installment payments must pay half of the program fee at the time of initial registration. The remaining balance can be paid in 2 installments, due on October 15, 2025, and November 15, 2025.
Students with outstanding debts from previous semesters will not be able to renew their registration until all amounts are paid. To complete registration, students must pay both outstanding debts and the fees for the new semester.
Graduate students registered at the Graduate School who have no outstanding debts may select their courses without further action. They do not need to make any payments to renew their registration but must follow the academic calendar for course selection.
Students who have successfully completed their language preparation program and have been admitted to a department/program can view their required payment amounts at https://unisis.fbu.edu.tr. These students must pay the amount shown in the system to renew their registration.
Students renewing their registration may also make payments in cash at Yapı Kredi Bank and Vakıfbank branches, or through the banks’ mobile applications.
