The Foreign Languages Department is committed to providing high-quality education, guidance, and student services. Students are encouraged to share their feedback, concerns, and complaints through the appropriate communication channels so that their learning experience can be improved.
What is a Formal Complaint?
A formal complaint is a written and signed statement of dissatisfaction submitted by a student regarding a decision, policy, procedure, service, action, or practice related to the Foreign Languages Department or relevant university services.
A complaint may be considered formal when the student believes that an issue is unfair, improper, unresolved, or inconsistent with the department’s or university’s established procedures, academic standards, service standards, or student rights.
Who Can Initiate the Complaint Process?
All students enrolled in the Fenerbahçe University English Preparatory Program may initiate the student complaint procedure.
Access to the Student Complaint Procedure and Form
Students can access the Student Complaint Procedure and the Student Complaint Form under the Forms section on the Foreign Languages Department website.
The Student Complaint Procedure is also available in the Student Handbook.
