The aim of the Master of Science (Non-Thesis) in Engineering Management program is to bring together the disciplines of engineering and management and to educate specialists who integrate technical knowledge with managerial skills and possess competencies in strategic thinking and problem solving.It aims to prepare specialists with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of bridging the gap between technology and leadership. The program seeks to equip students with an analytical and systematic perspective in planning, executing, and supervising engineering projects.
The program offers an interdisciplinary approach covering project management, operations management, quality management, risk analysis, innovation, and technology management. It addresses not only the technical aspects of engineering projects but also their organizational, economic, and environmental dimensions, thereby preparing graduates to assume leadership roles in industry, government, and academia.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year undergraduate program offered by a university in Türkiye or by a foreign university recognized as equivalent by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
For programs taught in a foreign language or requiring foreign language proficiency, applicants must obtain a minimum score of 60 from one of the foreign language exams recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), or hold an equivalent score from an international exam accepted as equivalent, or achieve a comparable score in the English proficiency exam (FBU-Pro) approved by the Senate for graduate students.
Turkish citizens who have completed their undergraduate studies abroad are required to obtain a certificate of equivalence from YÖK for the recognition of the institution from which they graduated. This certificate must be submitted during the university registration process.
