Emlak Konut Young Talent Acquisition Project Held at Our University

The Talent Acquisition and Professional Development Program, organized by the Career Center and Alumni Branch Office in collaboration with Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Partnership, was held on Thursday, January 15, at the Block B Conference Hall of our university.

The program began with the screening of Emlak Konut GYO’s promotional video, followed by an opening speech by Prof. Dr. Derya Oktay, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design. Prof. Dr. Oktay stated that universities are not only institutions that produce and transfer knowledge, but also institutions that prepare young individuals for professional life, develop their research, critical thinking, questioning, and production skills, and connect them with real life. In this context, she emphasized the great importance of university sector collaborations. For this reason, she expressed her satisfaction with the collaboration between Emlak Konut GYO, which holds an important place in the country’s housing sector, and Fenerbahçe University. Prof. Dr. Oktay also stated that she believes the event was more than just an introductory program for students, noting that it was a high-quality meeting that would contribute to their career planning, enable them to explore different fields of work, and broaden their vision for the future.
