Fenerbahçe University was pleased to welcome a delegation from the University of Minho, one of Portugal's leading higher education institutions.
During the meetings, both universities discussed ways to strengthen their academic relationship through long-term and sustainable collaboration. Productive exchanges focused on education, research, internationalization, the Erasmus+ Programme, student and academic staff mobility, as well as joint research projects and scientific initiatives.
As part of the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Kanca and University of Minho Rector Prof. Dr. Pedro Arezes signed a General Cooperation Agreement aimed at enhancing academic and scientific collaboration between the two institutions.
At Fenerbahçe University, we regard international partnerships as a strategic means of advancing knowledge production, academic exchange, and collaborative research. We believe that our cooperation with the University of Minho will create valuable opportunities for both institutions.
We thank Prof. Dr. Pedro Arezes and his delegation for their visit and wish the newly signed agreement every success in fostering a lasting and productive partnership between our universities.
