Fenerbahçe University Participates in ICIET 2026 as Patron University

Fenerbahçe University is participating as a Patron University in the 14th International Conference on Information and Education Technologies (ICIET 2026), a prominent international event in the field of information and education technologies.

 

The conference will be held in Koriyama, Japan, from April 17 to 19, 2026, and will be organized with the co-sponsorship of Nihon University and IEEE, and hosted by Okayama University. Within the scope of ICIET 2026, current developments, innovative applications, and future-oriented approaches in information and education technologies will be discussed.

 

As part of the conference program, a special session will also be organized by faculty members of Fenerbahçe University. The session entitled “Trustworthy Digital Credentialing in Higher Education: Emerging Architectural Models, Data Privacy, and Global Interoperability” will be chaired by Dr. Osman Selvi from the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, with Dr. Melike Karatay from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences serving as co-chair.
