The workshop titled “Design for Street Animals,” organized by the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Fenerbahçe University’s Faculty of Architecture and Design on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 09:00 to 19:00, was held with strong participation from faculty members and students.
During the workshop, participants developed sustainable, user-centered, and innovative design solutions addressing the needs of street animals in urban life, such as shelter and food. These efforts were supported by interdisciplinary collaboration, technical presentations, and visual production using modeling and AI-assisted techniques. A final report highlighting the role of social responsibility in design and the generation of social benefit was prepared.
