Registration Renewal (International Students)

Dear Students,

The registration renewal period for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will start on 18 May 2026 and continue until 11 September 2026. Important information regarding the process is provided below:

Payment Options and Discounts:

  • Full Payment: Students who complete their payment in full will be eligible for a 10% discount. Students wishing to make a full payment may benefit from this discount by selecting the “Full Payment” option via unisis.fbu.edu.tr . Students making payments through bank channels must deposit the discounted amount with the 10% reduction.
  • Installment Payment: Students who prefer installment payments are required to pay at least half (50%) of the program fee in order to finalize their registration. In order to complete course registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year, payment (either in full or in two installments) must be completed by the course registration deadline.

 Important Payment Regulations:

  • Currency: Payments will only be accepted in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Payment Methods: Payments may only be made via virtual POS systems or bank transfer channels. Cash payments and payments via physical POS devices will not be accepted.
  • Payment Channels: Payments may be made through the virtual POS system available at unisis.fbu.edu.tr or through Yapı Kredi Bank and VakıfBank branches/mobile banking applications.
  • Outstanding Balances: Students with outstanding balances from previous semesters will not be able to complete registration renewal for the new semester until all prior debts have been settled.

 Special Cases:

  • Graduate Students: Students enrolled in the Graduate School who do not have any outstanding balances may complete course registration directly on the dates specified in the academic calendar without making any payment.
  • Preparatory School Students Transitioning to Their Departments: Students who have successfully completed the language preparatory program and transitioned to their department/program may view the current semester fees via unisis.fbu.edu.tr and complete their payments accordingly.
