The need for a well-trained workforce in accounting, finance, marketing, organization, human resources, and business management of production processes, which are the driving forces of economies, is increasing day by day. Due to the developing and complex production structure and techniques, rapid technological developments, international competition, and the need to use resources effectively and efficiently, businesses need versatile trained workforce and manager candidates. Moreover, the need for qualified academicians who will train these managers in the field of business administration is increasing in our country.
The Master of Business Administration Program is a postgraduate education program that will enable students to develop their expertise in various fields of study, conduct their future academic research competently and gain the requirements to continue the PhD program. The aim of the Master’s in Business Administration is to provide students with a professional perspective that will enable them to interpret current developments in the business world effectively, as well as to provide them with critical competencies to effectively conduct academic studies that will guide the business world in the light of scientific and ethical principles.
The educational objectives of the program are to provide specialization through the courses to be offered for all areas of business administration and to educate graduates who are ambitious in national and international business environments, preferred at management levels, have a broad perspective and high power of analysis, can interpret the business as a whole, use their time and all the resources they have efficiently and effectively, observe and analyze social dynamics as well as ethical values, have social and professional awareness, and who can conduct scientific research in all areas of business.
Under the business program, 4 different modules have been created within the framework of contemporary management sciences discipline. These are; Marketing and Strategy, Business Finance and International Economics, Sport Administration & Management and Health Management modules. In the first semester of their education, our students will have the opportunity to specialize in their fields through the curricula created in thematic areas by choosing the modules they will make after the joint courses they will take, including Research Methods, Publication Ethics, Managerial Economics, Strategic Management, International Business and Economic Diplomacy.
Within the framework of the program, considering the student's field of interest and module, the thesis topic to be chosen by the advisors is expected to produce an output that will contribute to the scientific literature academically, while the relevant thesis will find a practical solution to a real problem within the framework of the management sciences or a different solution to an existing problem.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year undergraduate program offered by a university in Türkiye or by a foreign university recognized as equivalent by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
Applicants are required to obtain a minimum score of 55 in the equally weighted or quantitative score type of the Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES), taken within the last five years, or hold an equivalent score from an international exam recognized as equivalent by YÖK.
Applicants to programs with a foreign language requirement or to programs taught in a foreign language must obtain a minimum score of 60 from one of the centralized foreign language exams recognized by YÖK/ÖSYM, or hold an equivalent score from an international exam recognized as equivalent by YÖK, or obtain an equivalent score on the English Proficiency Exam (FBU-Pro) approved by the Senate for graduate students pursuing a master’s degree.
Turkish citizens who have completed their undergraduate studies abroad are required to obtain a certificate of equivalence from YÖK for the recognition of the institution from which they graduated. This certificate must be submitted during the university registration process.

The ranking of applicants is determined based on the ALES score, undergraduate grade point average, and interview results, as specified in the admission requirements. For international students, however, the ranking is determined solely by the undergraduate grade point average and interview results. If admitted candidates do not complete their registration, the same procedure will be applied to candidates on the waiting list. The total program quota is 15.
