Assistant Professor Dr. Türkan ÖZDAŞ Gave a Presentation on Cervical Cancer and Screening

On Thursday, April 17, 2026, at the invitation of Tuzla Municipality, Asst. Prof. Dr. Türkan ÖZDAŞ, a faculty member in the Radiotherapy program at the Vocational School of Health Services, delivered a presentation on cervical cancer and screening at the Tuzla Municipality Women’s Entrepreneurship Center.

As part of the educational session, scientific and up-to-date information was shared on the risk factors for cervical cancer, prevention methods, the HPV vaccine, and national cancer screening programs. The aim was to raise awareness of early diagnosis among the women attending the seminar and to encourage regular screening.
