Coordination Meeting Held at the Faculty of Communication Ahead of the 2025-2026 Spring Semester

Fenerbahçe University Faculty of Communication held its Coordination Meeting prior to the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year. The meeting, chaired by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Rukiye Gülay Öztürk, was attended by faculty members and academic staff.

During the meeting, academic goals for the upcoming semester, educational processes, and faculty-wide initiatives were comprehensively evaluated. Key topics included increasing research and publication performance, strengthening project development processes, effectively managing course planning, and maintaining coordinated institutional operations. In line with the strategic objectives for 2026, participants exchanged views on sustainably enhancing academic productivity.

As part of the meeting, academic achievements and special occasions within the faculty were also shared. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümmühan Molo Karatay was congratulated for her TÜBİTAK 3005 project, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hilal Aytimur was recognized for her academic achievement following the publication of her study in a Q1-indexed journal. Faculty members also celebrated the birthday of Asst. Prof. Dr. Pınar Tınaz, and Research Assistant Gökçeçiçek Alçiçek was congratulated on successfully completing her master’s degree, marking an important milestone in her academic journey.
