Faculty Members and Students Participate in 14th Global Money Week Event

Students from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, accompanied by faculty members, attended the gong ceremony and opening speeches by high-ranking officials at Borsa Istanbul on March 16, 2026, from 9:00 to 12:30.

Global Money Week (GMW) was launched in 2012 by Child & Youth Finance International and, since 2019, has been organized internationally by the OECD in collaboration with various organizations. Celebrated every March, GMW aims to teach children and young people to use resources effectively through responsible spending, develop saving habits and financial goals, and foster entrepreneurship.

 The 14th Global Money Week in 2026 will be coordinated in Turkey by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), under the slogan “Smart Money Talks”.
