The seminar titled “Rational Medication Use”, organized by the Science Communication Office of Fenerbahçe University, took place on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, between 13:00-15:00. at the 19 Mayıs Social Life House Conference Hall. The presentation was delivered by Prof. Dr. İlkay Küçükgüzel, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. It focused on the importance of correct, safe, and effective medication use, the health risks of improper medication practices, and the need to raise public awareness of rational medication use based on scientific evidence.

Participants were informed about common medication misuse habits encountered in daily life and received detailed answers to their questions about proper medication use. The seminar attracted strong interest and made a significant contribution to disseminating scientific knowledge and promoting health awareness in society.
