The event titled “I’m Healthy, I’m Aware,” organized by the Nutrition and Dietetics Club, was conducted as a hands-on workshop in a laboratory setting. The event aimed to raise awareness of healthy eating and reinforce basic nutrition principles through practical application.
As part of the laboratory session, participants received hands-on training on fundamental topics such as food groups, portion control, and healthy meal planning. In addition, information was provided on developing proper nutrition habits in daily life, with the aim of increasing individual awareness.
